As a Certified Professional Inspector, I adhere to the Residential Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). This means, we will inspect the visible and accessible structure, as well as the systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.
After the inspection, we will report our findings in an easy-to-read report, which will include detailed descriptions, high-resolution digital photos of any issues, possible correction methods and help direct you to the right professional to make those corrections. I will then email you your report within 12-24 hours so you can make your final determination.
